
Pork Sausages in Air Fryer
Quick and tasty recipe for crispy pork sausages in the air fryer.
Steps

Remove sausages from packaging and pat dry with paper towels. If desired, lightly grease the air fryer basket with a little oil.

Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).

Place sausages in a single layer in the basket, not touching. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through with tongs.

Check that they are fully cooked inside (no longer pink). You can measure the internal temperature, which should be around 70°C (160°F).

Let sausages rest for a few minutes before serving. They are delicious with mashed potatoes, french fries, and vegetables.
