A quick and easy quiche with Bolognese sauce, made in the air fryer.

    Preheat the Air Fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 3 minutes.

    Roll out the dough and line a 20 cm tart pan that fits in the Air Fryer. Prick the bottom with a fork.

    Spread the bolognese sauce evenly over the dough.

    In a bowl, beat the eggs with the cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the sauce.

    Sprinkle the grated mozzarella on top and, if desired, herbes de Provence.

    Bake in the Air Fryer at 180°C (350°F) for 15–18 minutes, until golden and firm.
