Using your air fryer, these breakfast pockets cook up quickly and evenly, ensuring that every bite is filled with cheesy, bacony goodness.

Ingredients:

– Parsley leaves and chopped spring onions, for garnish; – 60g (2oz) grated cheddar cheese; – 60g (2oz) crumbled crispy bacon; – 50g (2oz) cooked sausage meat; – 5 eggs, scrambled; – 500g (17.6oz) ready-rolled puff pastry; – Vegetable oil cooking spray.

Instructions:

1. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 12 equal rectangles on a lightly floured surface. 2. In a large bowl, mix together the scrambled eggs, cooked sausage meat, crispy bacon, and cheddar cheese.
