This recipe offers a delightful twist by using cauliflower as the star ingredient, providing a healthier yet equally satisfying option for those craving a bit of heat.

Ingredients:

– 1 cup (240 ml) Buffalo wing sauce; – 1 egg white; – 4 cups (340 g) cauliflower florets; – ¾ cup (65 g) panko breadcrumbs; – Cooking spray; – 1 cup (240 ml) blue cheese dressing; – 4 tbsp (30 g) crumbled blue cheese.

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the Buffalo wing sauce and egg white. 2. Toss the cauliflower florets in the sauce mixture until well coated.
