cups (250g) elbow macaroni — 2
cups water — 2.5
cup milk — 0.5
butter — 2 tbsp
cups (150g) shredded mozzarella — 1.5
cup (50g) shredded cheddar — 0.5
teaspoon salt — 0.5
teaspoon garlic powder — 0.5
teaspoon onion powder — 0.25
black pepper to taste
cup breadcrumbs (optional) — 0.25
👨🍳 Steps

Add the pasta, water, salt, and butter to the Ninja Foodi pot and stir.

Close the lid, set the valve to 'sealing', and pressure cook for 4 minutes.

Quick release the pressure, then carefully open the lid.

Stir in the milk, mozzarella, cheddar, garlic powder, and onion powder until the cheese is fully melted and creamy.

For a crispy topping, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top, then select Air Crisp at 190°C (375°F) for 3 minutes.
