🥘 Ingredients
spring roll wrappers — 8-10 pieces
finely shredded cabbage — 1 cup (240 ml)
julienned carrots — 1/2 cup (120 ml)
edamame (soybeans) — 1/2 cup (120 ml)
cooked vermicelli noodles — 1/2 cup (120 ml)
soy sauce — 1 tablespoon (15 ml)
sesame oil — 1 teaspoon (5 ml)
👨🍳 Steps
1In a bowl, mix together shredded cabbage, julienned carrots, edamame, vermicelli noodles, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
2Place a tablespoon of filling on each spring roll wrapper. Roll tightly, folding the edges inward as you roll. Seal the roll with a little water.
3Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
4Arrange the spring rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
5Serve hot with sweet chili sauce or extra soy sauce for dipping.
