🥘 Ingredients

rack of baby back ribs (approx. 14-21 oz) — 1
tablespoon olive oil — 1
teaspoons smoked paprika — 2
teaspoon garlic powder — 1
teaspoon onion powder — 1
teaspoon ground black pepper — 1
teaspoon salt — 1
2-4 fl oz BBQ sauce (optional, for glaze)

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. Pat the meat dry with paper towels.
2Brush the ribs with olive oil, then sprinkle evenly with the spice mix (smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt).
3Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for 3-5 minutes. Place the ribs in the basket meat side down.
4Cook for 25-30 minutes at 375°F, turning the ribs halfway through. If desired, brush with BBQ sauce in the last 5 minutes for a caramelized glaze.
5Check internal temperature: it should reach 190-203°F. Let the ribs rest for 5 minutes before serving.
