pork neck (slices) — 400g (14 oz)
oil — 4 tablespoons
garlic powder — 1 tablespoon
dried onion flakes — 1 tablespoon
sweet paprika — 1 tablespoon
dried thyme — 1 tablespoon
firm red potatoes — 800g (1.76 lbs)
salt — to taste
pepper — to taste

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into cubes or slices.
2Place the potatoes in a bowl and cover with cold water. Let them soak for 20-30 minutes to remove excess starch.
3Drain the potatoes and dry them well with a kitchen towel.
4Put the potatoes in a separate bowl, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
5In a small bowl, mix the oil with garlic powder, dried onion flakes, sweet paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper to create a spice blend for the meat.
6Massage the meat well with this mixture and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
7Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Place the meat slices on top.
8Set the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) and cook for 20-25 minutes. Halfway through, turn the meat slices and shake the basket to mix the potatoes.
9Remove the meat and potatoes when well browned. Let them rest for 2-3 minutes, then serve hot.
