🥘 Ingredients

all-purpose flour — 1.25 cups (160g)
whole wheat flour — 1.25 cups (160g)
active dry yeast — 2.5 teaspoons
sugar — 1/2 teaspoon
oil — 1/4 cup
salt — 2 teaspoons
pizza sauce — 10 tablespoons
shredded cheese blend (cheddar and mozzarella) — 1.5 cups
mixed vegetables (bell pepper, olives, baby corn, mushrooms) — 3 cups
dried oregano for serving — to taste

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Activate the yeast: mix dry yeast with sugar and 1/2 cup warm water. Let stand for 15 minutes until frothy.
2In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, and salt. Add the activated yeast mixture and enough water to form a soft dough. Knead for 5 minutes.
3Grease the dough with oil, cover, and let rise for 45–60 minutes until doubled in volume.
4Divide the dough into 5 equal portions. On a floured surface, roll each portion into a thin round pizza base.
5Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Place one pizza base in the basket and cook for 7 minutes.
6Remove the base, add pizza sauce, shredded cheese, and mixed vegetables. Return to the air fryer and cook for another 7–8 minutes at 200°C until the cheese melts and turns golden.
7Serve hot, sprinkled with dried oregano.
