large bell peppers — 4
ground meat (beef or pork) — 500 g (1.1 lb)
medium onion — 1
garlic cloves — 2
rice — 100 g (1/2 cup)
tomato sauce — 200 ml (3/4 cup)
salt — 1 teaspoon
black pepper — 1/2 teaspoon
sweet paprika — 1 teaspoon
olive oil — 2 tablespoons

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Cut the tops off the peppers and remove seeds and membranes.
2Finely chop the onion and garlic.
3In a bowl, mix the ground meat, onion, garlic, rice, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika.
4Stuff each pepper with the meat mixture.
5Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350��F).
6Place the stuffed peppers in the air fryer basket and drizzle with olive oil.
7Cook for 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
8Check if done; if needed, cook for another 5 minutes.
9Serve hot.
