🥘 Ingredients

bell pepper (halved, seeded) — 1 (about 1 cup)
eggs — 4
teaspoon olive oil — 1 (5 ml)
salt and pepper to taste
sriracha flakes (optional)

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Cut the bell pepper in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membrane, keeping the edges intact like bowls.
2Lightly brush the cut edges with olive oil using your finger.
3Crack two eggs into each pepper half. Sprinkle desired seasonings.
4Place the peppers on a rack or directly in the air fryer basket.
5Close the lid and set to 200°C (390°F) for 13 minutes.
6For a less cooked egg and less browned pepper, use one egg per half and set to 165°C (330°F) for 15 minutes.
7Serve hot.
