large bell peppers — 3
cooked rice — 1 cup (200 g)
ground beef — 250 g (9 oz)
onion, finely chopped — ½ (80 g)
garlic clove, crushed — 1
tomato sauce — 120 ml (½ cup)
salt — ½ teaspoon
black pepper — ¼ teaspoon
paprika — ¼ teaspoon
shredded cheddar cheese — 30 g (1 oz)

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Cut the tops off the peppers and remove the seeds. In a skillet, cook the ground beef with onion and garlic until browned.
2In a bowl, combine the cooked meat with cooked rice, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika.
3Stuff the peppers with the mixture and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
4Preheat the Air Fryer to 190°C (375°F). Place the peppers in the basket and cook for 20 minutes.
5Check that the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted. Serve hot with salad or garlic bread.
