puff pastry sheet — 1 (about 9 oz / 250 g)
strawberries (sliced) — 250 g (1 cup)
rhubarb (peeled and chopped) — 200 g (1 1/2 cups)
sugar — 80 g (1/3 cup)
tablespoon cornstarch — 1
egg (for wash, optional) — 1

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Preheat the Air Fryer to 180°C (350°F).
2Roll out the puff pastry sheet and place it in a tart pan suitable for the Air Fryer.
3In a bowl, mix together strawberries, rhubarb, sugar, and cornstarch.
4Pour the fruit mixture over the pastry and fold the edges slightly over the filling.
5If desired, brush the pastry edges with beaten egg for a golden finish.
