corn on the cob — 2 ears
olive oil — 2 tbsp (30 ml)
smoked paprika — 1 tsp
garlic powder — 1 tsp
onion powder — 1 tsp
chili powder (optional) — 1/2 tsp
salt — to taste
pepper — to taste

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Remove husks and silk from corn. Cut each ear in half, then quarter lengthwise to create 'rib' shapes.
2Prepare marinade: in a bowl, mix olive oil with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder (if using), salt, and pepper. Stir well.
3Marinate corn: add corn pieces to the marinade and toss to coat evenly.
4Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
5Cook: place corn in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through for even cooking.
6Serve: remove corn from air fryer and let cool slightly. Enjoy plain or with garlic sauce, barbecue sauce, or spicy mayo.
