small new potatoes (or baby potatoes) — 500g (1.1 lb)
olive oil — 1 tbsp
salt — to taste
black pepper — to taste
paprika (optional) — to taste
rosemary (optional) — to taste
thyme (optional) — to taste
👨🍳 Steps
1Wash the potatoes well and cut them into equal pieces. Dry them completely with a kitchen towel for even browning.
2In a bowl, toss the potatoes with a thin layer of olive oil, salt, pepper, and optionally herbs like paprika, rosemary, or thyme. Use just enough oil to lightly coat them.
3Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F). Place the potatoes in the basket and cook for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even browning.
4Serve the potatoes immediately while still hot and crispy. Add extra salt, herbs, or a dip as desired.
