1Brush the chicken breasts with canola oil on all sides.
2In a bowl, mix salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, dried herbs, and black pepper. Spread the mixture on a plate.
3Roll each chicken breast in the spice mixture, pressing lightly to adhere, then place them in the air fryer basket.
4Cook at 180°C (350°F) for 18-20 minutes, turning the breasts halfway through (after 10 minutes). Check internal temperature – it should reach 70°C (160°F).
5Serve the chicken breast with rice and green vegetables or a salad, as desired.
