puff pastry sheet — 1
medium potato, thinly sliced — 1
cherry tomatoes, halved — 100 g (3.5 oz)
onion, thinly sliced — 1/2
garlic clove, minced — 1
fresh basil, chopped — 2 tablespoons
grated Parmesan — 30 g (1/4 cup)
pine nuts — 20 g (2 tablespoons)
olive oil — 1 tablespoon
salt — to taste
black pepper — to taste
👨🍳 Steps
1Preheat the Air Fryer to 180°C (350°F).
2In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until translucent. Add potato slices and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
3Place puff pastry in a dish suitable for the Air Fryer. Prick the base with a fork.
4Spread the potato-onion mixture over the pastry. Top with cherry tomato halves. Sprinkle basil, Parmesan, and pine nuts.
5Cook in the Air Fryer for 12-15 minutes, until pastry is golden and potatoes are tender.
6Serve warm, optionally with a green salad.
