cup (approx. 5 oz) broccoli florets — 1
cup (approx. 4 oz) bell pepper, sliced — 1

👨🍳 Steps
1Season the steaks on both sides with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
2Toss broccoli and bell pepper with olive oil and salt until well coated.
3Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the steaks in the basket and the vegetables in another basket or on a separate tray.
4Cook the steaks for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway, until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium. Cook the vegetables for 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway, until tender and lightly browned.
5Let the steaks rest for 3 minutes before serving. Serve alongside the roasted vegetables.
