🥘 Ingredients

cod fillets (about 6 oz each) – or other white fish — 2 (about 6 oz / 170 g each)
new potatoes — 1.1 lb (500 g)
olive oil — 2 tablespoons
salt — 1 teaspoon
black pepper — 1/2 teaspoon
sweet paprika (optional) — 1 teaspoon
fresh parsley, chopped for garnish — to taste

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Preheat the Air Fryer to 350°F (180°C).
2In a bowl, toss the new potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Arrange them in a single layer in the Air Fryer basket.
3Place the cod fillets on top of the potatoes. Brush with a little extra oil if desired.
4Cook for 15 minutes, then gently shake the basket for even cooking.
5Continue cooking for another 10 minutes, until the fish flakes easily and the potatoes are golden and crispy.
6Remove from the Air Fryer, let rest for 2 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
