🥘 Ingredients

fresh or frozen ravioli — 250 g (9 oz)
ground beef or beef-pork mix — 200 g (7 oz)
medium onion, chopped — 1
garlic clove, minced — 1
canned crushed tomatoes — 400 g (14 oz)
dried oregano — 1 teaspoon
dried basil — 1 teaspoon
salt and black pepper to taste
shredded mozzarella (about 1 cup) — 100 g (3.5 oz)
grated Parmesan — 2 tablespoons
olive oil — 1 tablespoon

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
2In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; sauté for 2 minutes until translucent.
3Add ground meat and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until well browned (about 5 minutes).
4Stir in crushed tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
5In an air fryer-safe dish (about 7x7 inches), spread a thin layer of bolognese sauce on the bottom.
6Layer ravioli on top, then cover with sauce and some mozzarella. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, ending with sauce and remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
7Place the dish in the preheated air fryer and cook for 12–15 minutes, until cheese is melted and lightly golden.
8Let rest for 2 minutes before serving. Enjoy hot.
