milk — 60 ml (1/4 cup)
shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) — 1/2 cup
diced vegetables (bell pepper, onion, spinach, mushrooms) — 1/2 cup
salt — 1/4 teaspoon
black pepper — 1/4 teaspoon
cooking spray for greasing — as needed

Beat eggs with milk, salt, and pepper until frothy.
