🥘 Ingredients

cups blueberries — 2 (480 ml)
cup granulated sugar — 1/4 (60 ml)
teaspoon ground cinnamon — 1/2
teaspoon ground nutmeg — 1/4
cup water — 1/2 (120 ml)
cup old-fashioned oats — 1/2 (120 ml)
cup all-purpose flour — 1/2 (120 ml)
cup brown sugar — 1/2 (120 ml)
teaspoon baking powder — 1/4
cup unsalted butter, cold — 1/4 (60 ml)
vanilla ice cream for serving
ramekins (individual dishes) — 4

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Place blueberries in a medium bowl.
2Add granulated sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well to coat the fruit evenly.
3Grease four 350 ml ramekins with nonstick cooking spray.
4Divide the blueberry mixture evenly among the ramekins.
5Pour about 1/8 cup (30 ml) of water over the blueberries in each ramekin.
6In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and cold butter for the topping.
7Mix with your fingers or a fork until the topping resembles coarse crumbs.
8Divide the topping evenly over the blueberry mixture in each ramekin.
9Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket (may need to cook in two batches) and cook at 175°C (350°F) for 20 minutes, or 15 minutes if the air fryer is preheated.
10Carefully remove the ramekins and serve warm, topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
