phyllo dough sheet (rolled) — 1 sheet
pumpkin, peeled and cubed — 200 g (1 ½ cups)
feta cheese, crumbled — 100 g (¾ cup)
large egg — 1
olive oil — 2 tablespoons
dried thyme — 1 teaspoon
salt and pepper — to taste

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Preheat the Air Fryer to 180°C (350°F).
2In a bowl, mix pumpkin cubes with olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper.
3Place the phyllo dough in a tart pan suitable for the Air Fryer. Prick the base with a fork.
4Spread the seasoned pumpkin over the dough, then sprinkle the feta cheese.
5Beat the egg and pour it evenly over the filling.
6Cook in the Air Fryer at 180°C (350°F) for 12-15 minutes, until the dough is golden and the filling is cooked.
7Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm or at room temperature.
