🥘 Ingredients

green cabbage cut into quarters — 1/2
potatoes peeled and cut into chunks — 4
carrots sliced — 3
leek cut into pieces — 1
smoked sausages — 2
pork belly (or smoked bacon) — 300 g (10.6 oz)
vegetable broth — 300 ml (1.3 cups)
bay leaf — 1
sprig of thyme — 1
Salt and pepper to taste

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
2In a large bowl, mix the cabbage, potatoes, carrots, and leek.
3Add the pork belly, sausages, broth, thyme, and bay leaf. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
4Transfer everything to an air fryer-safe dish.
5Cook for 35 minutes at 180°C (350°F), stirring halfway through.
6Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
