pork tenderloin — 350 g (12 oz)
brie cheese — 75 g (2.6 oz)
bacon slices — 6
honey — 1 tablespoon
fresh thyme or rosemary — to taste
black pepper — to taste
walnuts (optional) — to taste
👨🍳 Steps
1Slice the pork tenderloin lengthwise without cutting all the way through. Season the inside with black pepper and fresh herbs. Slice the brie cheese and place inside. Close the tenderloin and wrap tightly with bacon slices. Tip: Use toothpicks to secure the bacon if needed.
2Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
3Place the wrapped tenderloin in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes until done. Brush the bacon exterior with honey in the last 3 minutes for a nice glaze.
4Remove the meat from the air fryer and let it rest under aluminum foil for 5-8 minutes. This keeps the juices and melted brie inside when slicing. Then slice into thick pieces and serve.
