pike-perch fillets — 2 pieces (approx. 5 oz each)
sliced almonds — 2 tablespoons (0.7 oz)
melted butter — 1 tablespoon (0.5 oz)
lemon — 1 piece (juice)
salt and pepper to taste — to taste

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Preheat the Air Fryer to 350°F (180°C).
2Place the pike-perch fillets on parchment paper and season with salt and pepper.
3Brush the fillets with melted butter, then sprinkle sliced almonds evenly on top.
4Cook for 10 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
5Before serving, drizzle the fillets with a little lemon juice.
