rolled oats — 100 g (1 cup)
salted dark chocolate (or dark chocolate + sea salt flakes) — 50 g (1.8 oz)
crushed salted pretzels — 50 g (1/2 cup)

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
2In a bowl, mix the rolled oats, finely chopped dark chocolate, and crushed pretzels. Form small balls from the mixture.
3Place the balls in the air fryer basket in a single layer, spaced apart.
4Cook for 10 minutes at 180°C, then carefully turn them and cook for another 5 minutes, until golden.
5Let the cookies cool in the basket for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to firm up completely.
