tortilla chips — 225 g (8 oz)
shredded cheddar — 120 g (4 oz)
shredded Monterey Jack — 120 g (4 oz)
medium tomato, diced — 1
jalapeño, thinly sliced — 1
sliced black olives — 35 g (1.2 oz)
sour cream — 120 g (4 oz)
guacamole — 120 g (4 oz)
Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F). Line the basket with parchment paper or spray with cooking oil.
2Arrange a thin, even layer of tortilla chips in the basket without overlapping.
3Sprinkle shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack evenly over the chips. Cook in the air fryer for 5–6 minutes until cheese melts and turns golden.
4Carefully remove the basket and top with diced tomato, sliced jalapeño, and black olives.
5Add a dollop of sour cream and guacamole, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve immediately.
