1Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for 3 minutes.
2In a bowl, mix sliced leeks, diced potatoes, and sliced smoked sausage. Transfer the mixture to an air fryer-safe dish.
3Place the dish in the air fryer basket and cook at 180°C for 15 minutes.
4Gently shake the basket or stir the mixture, then continue cooking for another 10 minutes until the top is golden and internal temperature reaches 75°C.
5Let the casserole rest for 2 minutes before serving. Serve hot.
