Lamb Navarin in Air Fryer – French Stew in 40 Minutes

🥘 Ingredients
lamb leg (cut into cubes) — 700 g (1.5 lb)
carrots (sliced) — 3
turnips (quartered) — 2
potatoes (cut into chunks) — 300 g (10.5 oz)
peas (fresh or frozen) — 100 g (3.5 oz)
garlic cloves (minced) — 2
tablespoon tomato paste — 1
chicken broth — 150 ml (2/3 cup)
dry white wine — 100 ml (1/2 cup)
fresh thyme sprig — 1
salt and pepper to taste
👨🍳 Steps
1Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
2In a bowl, mix the lamb pieces, carrots, turnips, potatoes, minced garlic, tomato paste, white wine, and chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
3Transfer the mixture to an air fryer-safe dish. Place the thyme sprig in the center.
4Cook for 30 minutes at 180°C (350°F), stirring halfway through for even cooking.
5Add the peas and cook for another 5 minutes, until the peas are tender.
6Let the navarin rest for 5 minutes before serving. Remove the thyme sprig and serve hot.
