chicken wings — 2.2 lbs (1 kg)
smoked paprika — 2 tsp
brown sugar — 1 tsp
garlic powder — 1 tsp
onion powder — 1 tsp
cumin — 1/2 tsp
mustard powder — 1/2 tsp
black pepper — to taste
salt — to taste
unsalted butter — 2 tbsp (30 g)
honey — 2 tbsp
red pepper flakes — 1 tsp

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Season the wings: place them in a large bowl, drizzle with a little oil, and toss with smoked paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, mustard powder, pepper, and salt until evenly coated.
2Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
3Cook the wings in the air fryer for 18-22 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
4Make the spicy honey sauce: in a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add honey and red pepper flakes, stir well. Drizzle over cooked wings and toss gently to coat.
