rolled oats — 200 g (about 2 cups)
sunflower seeds — 50 g (about 1/3 cup)
pumpkin seeds — 50 g (about 1/3 cup)
chopped almonds — 50 g (about 1/2 cup)
chopped pecans — 50 g (about 1/2 cup)
shredded coconut — 50 g (about 1/2 cup)
honey — 3 tablespoons
melted coconut oil — 2 tablespoons
salt — 1/4 teaspoon
