sheet (rolled) of puff pastry or croissant dough — 1 (about 10 oz / 280g)
hot dog sausages or knackwurst — 4 (about 12 oz / 340g total)
tablespoon mustard or ketchup (for eyes) — 1 (0.5 fl oz / 15ml)
large egg, beaten (for brushing) — 1

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Cut the dough into thin strips, about 1 cm (0.4 in) wide.
2Wrap each strip around a sausage, leaving a small space for eyes.
3Place the mummies in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
4Brush lightly with beaten egg for a golden glaze.
5Cook at 180°C (350°F) for 8-10 minutes, until the dough is golden and crispy.
6Add two small dots of mustard or ketchup for eyes.
