🥘 Ingredients

boneless skinless chicken breasts (approx. 200 g / 7 oz each) — 2
red bell pepper, sliced — 1
red onion, cut into thick wedges — 1
zucchini, sliced into rounds — 1
feta cheese, crumbled — 100 g (3.5 oz)
pitted black olives — 50 g (1.8 oz)
olive oil — 2 tablespoons
lemon juice — 1 tablespoon
dried oregano — 1 teaspoon
garlic clove, minced — 1
salt and pepper to taste

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 3 minutes.
2In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and vegetables, tossing to coat evenly.
3Place chicken and vegetables in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
4Cook at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
5Sprinkle crumbled feta and black olives on top, then continue cooking for another 5 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
6Check that the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature reaches 74°C / 165°F) and serve immediately.
