olive oil — 1 tablespoon
salt — to taste

1Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin, uniform sticks. Rinse well under cold water, then dry completely with a clean kitchen towel.
2Place the potato sticks in the air fryer basket. Drizzle with olive oil and toss well to coat each piece.
3Set the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) and cook for 30 minutes, using the shaking paddle if your model has one. Check if they are tender and golden; if they need more time, continue cooking in 5-minute increments.
4Immediately after cooking, season generously with salt and serve hot.
