Endive and Comté Tartines in Air Fryer

puff pastry sheet (rectangular) — 1 (about 10 oz / 280 g)
endives (finely chopped) — 2
Comté cheese (grated, aged 12 months) — 100 g (3.5 oz)
tablespoon honey (optional) — 1
tablespoon butter — 1
teaspoon balsamic vinegar — 1
salt and pepper to taste
👨🍳 Steps

Sauté the chopped endives in butter with honey and balsamic vinegar until lightly caramelized, about 5 minutes.

Cut the puff pastry into 4 rectangles. Prick the center of each with a fork, leaving a 1 cm border.

Divide the caramelized endives among the pastry pieces, then sprinkle grated Comté cheese on top.

Place the tartines on parchment paper in the air fryer basket.

Cook for 8-10 minutes at 180°C (350°F) until the edges are golden.
