large eggs — 3
milk (or heavy cream) — 2 tbsp (30 ml)
bell pepper, diced — 1/4 cup (40 g)
onion, finely chopped — 1/4 cup (30 g)
shredded cheese — 2 tbsp (15 g)
dried thyme — 1/4 tsp
salt — 1/4 tsp
pepper — 1/8 tsp
olive oil spray — a few sprays

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Preheat the air fryer to 325°F (163°C) for 10 minutes.
2In a bowl, beat eggs with milk until frothy.
3Add diced bell pepper, onion, shredded cheese, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
4Grease a 4-inch (10 cm) oven-safe ceramic dish with nonstick spray.
5Pour the egg mixture into the dish.
6Place the dish in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, until the center is no longer liquid.
7Remove and let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving. Serve directly from the dish.
