4In a bowl, toss the sweet potato sticks with oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
5Arrange the fries in a single layer in the basket (work in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding).
6Cook at 200°C (400°F) for 10-15 minutes, shaking or turning halfway through for even browning.
7Once golden and crispy, remove from the air fryer. To keep warm, place on a baking sheet in the oven at 105°C (220°F).
8Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
