1Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (177°C) for 5 minutes.
2Place the chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket, without touching each other.
3Cook for 4 minutes, turning halfway through.
4If using sauce: brush the chicken pieces with BBQ or teriyaki sauce after the first minute, then again after turning.
5Serve immediately – they will be crispy on the outside and juicy inside.
