🥘 Ingredients

high-fiber wrap — 1 piece
shredded chicken (from a rotisserie chicken) — 1 cup (about 5.3 oz / 150g)
shredded cheese — 1/3–1/2 cup (about 1.4–2.1 oz / 40-60g)
roasted red pepper, sliced — 1/2 piece
fresh spinach — 1 handful (about 1 oz / 30g)
light mayonnaise — 1 tablespoon (0.5 oz / 15g)
Sriracha sauce — 1 teaspoon (0.2 oz / 5g)

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Spread the light mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce evenly over the high-fiber wrap.
2Place the fresh spinach on top of the sauce.
3Add the shredded chicken and sliced roasted red pepper.
4Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the filling.
5Roll the wrap as tightly as possible to keep the ingredients inside.
6Lightly brush or spray the outside of the wrap with oil for a crispy finish.
7Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
8Place the wrap in the air fryer basket (not overcrowded) and cook for about 10 minutes, until golden and crispy.
