pork belly slices — 4 pieces (approx. 500g / 1.1 lbs)
oil — 1 tablespoon
salt — to taste
black pepper — to taste
paprika powder (optional) — 1 teaspoon
garlic powder (optional) — 1 teaspoon
chili powder (optional) — 1/2 teaspoon

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Dry the pork belly slices with paper towels. If some pieces are very large, cut them to a uniform size for even cooking.
2Mix the slices with oil, salt, pepper, and optional seasonings (paprika, garlic powder, chili powder). Let them marinate for a few minutes if you have time.
3Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F). Place the slices in a single layer in the basket and cook for 12 minutes, turning halfway through if the slices allow.
