🥘 Ingredients

calamari rings (thawed and dried) — 400 g (14 oz)
eggs (beaten) — 2
flour — 100 g (3.5 oz)
breadcrumbs (panko) — 100 g (3.5 oz)
paprika — 1 teaspoon
salt and pepper — to taste
olive oil — 1 tablespoon

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Prepare three bowls: one with flour mixed with paprika, salt, and pepper; one with beaten eggs; and one with breadcrumbs.
2Dip calamari rings first in the flour mixture, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs, ensuring they are well coated.
3Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
4Place the breaded rings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with olive oil.
5Cook at 200°C (400°F) for 7-8 minutes. Shake the basket halfway through.
6Remove from air fryer and serve immediately with lemon wedges or garlic dipping sauce.
