small potatoes — 2
teaspoon olive oil — 1
teaspoon dried oregano — 1
teaspoon ground black pepper — 1
tablespoon vegan cream cheese — 1

👨🍳 Steps
1Wash the broccoli and potatoes thoroughly. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thick slices (max 0.5 cm). Break the broccoli into small florets.
2Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F) for 5 minutes.
3In a large bowl, mix the potato slices and broccoli florets with olive oil, oregano, pepper, and salt until evenly coated.
4Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket and cook at 190°C (375°F) for 10 minutes.
5If you want extra crispy potatoes, leave them in the air fryer for another 5 minutes, removing the broccoli if necessary.
6Serve hot, with a dollop of vegan cream cheese and, if desired, a squeeze of lemon juice.
