🥘 Ingredients
chicken wings — 500 g (1.1 lb)
olive oil — 1 tablespoon
salt — to taste
pepper — to taste
paprika — to taste
garlic powder — to taste
👨🍳 Steps
1Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. If some pieces are very large, cut them to roughly the same size for even cooking.
2In a bowl, toss the wings with enough olive oil to lightly coat them, then season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Let them marinate for a few minutes if time allows.
3Place the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 200°C (400°F) for 20 minutes, turning halfway through for even browning.
4Let the wings rest for a few minutes before serving hot. Ensure they are fully cooked (internal temperature reaches 74°C/165°F), as with any poultry dish.
