🥘 Ingredients

whole turkey wing pieces — 2 (about 1 lb / 450 g)
Cajun seasoning mix (or steak seasoning, or a mix of garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and Old Bay) — 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
Olive oil spray (optional, for extra crispiness)

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Rinse the turkey wings and pat them dry thoroughly with paper towels.
2Generously apply the seasoning mix to all sides of the wings, pressing lightly.
3Preheat the air fryer to 175°C (350°F) for 5 minutes.
4Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray and arrange the wings in a single layer without overlapping.
5Cook at 175°C for 15 minutes.
6Reduce the temperature to 120°C (250°F) and cook for another 15 minutes, until tender and the skin is well browned.
7Check the internal temperature in the thickest part: it should reach 74°C (165°F).
8For extra crispy skin, spray the wings with olive oil spray during the last few minutes of cooking.
