medium shrimp, peeled (optional, tail on) — 500 g (1.1 lb)
garlic cloves, minced — 3
olive oil — 2 tablespoons
smoked paprika — 1 teaspoon
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
lemon, sliced, for serving
panko breadcrumbs – optional, for extra crunch

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Peel the shrimp, leaving the tail attached if desired for presentation.
2If using frozen shrimp, thaw completely and pat very dry with paper towels.
