olive oil — 1 tablespoon
salt — to taste
pepper — to taste
optional herbs (paprika, rosemary, or garlic powder) — to taste
👨🍳 Steps

Wash potatoes thoroughly and cut into equal-sized pieces. Dry completely with a kitchen towel for better browning.

Toss potato pieces with a thin layer of olive oil, salt, pepper, and desired herbs. Use only as much oil as needed.

Cook in the air fryer at 190°C (375°F) for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.

Serve immediately while hot and crispy on the outside. Add extra salt, herbs, or a dip as desired.
