🥘 Ingredients

medium red potatoes — 4 (about 1 lb / 450g)
olive oil — 1 tablespoon (15 ml)
salt — to taste
black pepper — to taste
paprika (optional) — to taste
rosemary (optional) — to taste
garlic powder (optional) — to taste

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Wash the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Dry them thoroughly with a clean towel to ensure a golden and crispy crust.
2In a bowl, toss the potato pieces with a thin layer of oil, salt, pepper, and optional seasonings (paprika, rosemary, or garlic powder). Use just enough oil to lightly coat them, no more than necessary.
3Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F). Place the potatoes in the basket in a single layer. Cook for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to expose all sides to the hot air.
4Serve the potatoes immediately while still hot and crispy on the outside. Add extra salt, seasonings, or your favorite dipping sauce if desired.
