large potatoes (preferably baking potatoes) — 4 (about 2 lbs / 900 g)
olive oil — 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
garlic powder — 1 teaspoon
sweet paprika — 1 teaspoon
salt — to taste
black pepper — to taste

👨‍🍳 Steps

1Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
2Cut the potatoes into wedges (thick slices), leaving the skin on.
3In a bowl, toss the wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
4Arrange the wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
5Cook for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy. Serve with ketchup or your favorite dip.
