1Remove pork chops from the refrigerator 15–20 minutes before cooking to bring to room temperature.
2Pat them dry with paper towels.
3Lightly brush with olive oil and season evenly with salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, pepper, and Herbes de Provence.
4Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 3 minutes.
5Place pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving about 2 cm between them, without overlapping.
6Cook at 200°C (400°F) for 12–15 minutes, turning halfway through.
7Check internal temperature with a meat thermometer – it should reach at least 63°C (145°F).
8Let the chops rest under aluminum foil for 3–5 minutes before serving.
